Prosciutto Wrapped Avocado

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 1 large avocado, cut into 8-10 slices
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • Handful of arugula
  • Balsamic glaze, for serving
  • Olive oil, for serving

      Directions

      1. Lay a prosciutto slice on a flat surface, add the avocado slice, feta cheese and arugula. Then roll together. Repeat this until all the avocado slices are used.
      2. Place the prosciutto wrapped avocado slices on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
