Avocado Lime Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Juice and zest of 2-3 limes
- 2 large ripe avocados
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, let the ice cream sit out until it softens a little before scooping.
Notes
- Adjust the lime juice according to your own taste.
- You can add other flavorings like vanilla or coconut.
