Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 large avocados
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

      Directions

      1. Place all the ingredients in food processor or blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
