Avocado Crab Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, smashed
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bread of your choice, toasted
  • 8 ounces lump crab meat, or imitation crab meat
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil, for serving

      Directions

      1. In a small bowl, combine the avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
      2. Spread the avocado over each slice of toast.
      3. Top with crab, followed by green onions and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
