Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ripe avocado
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder, optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 cup – 1 cup milk of your choice

      1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
