Prep time: 15 minutes
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 1 large avocado, cut into 8-10 slices
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- Handful of arugula
- Balsamic glaze, for serving
- Olive oil, for serving
- Lay a prosciutto slice on a flat surface, add the avocado slice, feta cheese and arugula. Then roll together. Repeat this until all the avocado slices are used.
- Place the prosciutto wrapped avocado slices on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
