Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 large avocados, chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the garlic, green onions, chili flakes, soy sauce, water, maple syrup, rice vinegar and sesame seeds.
- Add the avocado and cucumber and stir to combine. Let sit for 15 minutes or enjoy immediately alone or with rice.
