Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 large avocado, halved
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1 tablespoons water
Other ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds and cilantro for serving
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the ingredients for the dressing. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. If the skillet becomes too dry, add a couple tablespoons of water at a time. This will also help the broccoli steam.
- Once the broccoli is cooked, place it in a serving dish of your choice and drizzle with the dressing.
