- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 3 persian cucumbers, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss the avocado, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion and feta cheese.
- Pour the dressing into the bowl. Mix until combined.
