Avocado Lime Ice Cream

Prep time: 5 minutes
Chill time: 8 hours


  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Juice and zest of 2-3 limes
  • 2 large ripe avocados


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, let the ice cream sit out until it softens a little before scooping.

Adjust the lime juice according to your own taste.
You can add other flavorings like vanilla or coconut.
