- 1 large avocado, smashed
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices bread of your choice, toasted
- 8 ounces lump crab meat, or imitation crab meat
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Olive oil, for serving
- In a small bowl, combine the avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the avocado over each slice of toast.
- Top with crab, followed by green onions and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
